Irish Liverpool





Irish Liverpool is a publication designed to celebrate the cultural and historic connections between Ireland and Liverpool. The city’s culture is massively influenced by immigration from Ireland, with 70% of the population coming from Irish descent. This publication would accompany an exhibition about the Irish influence in Liverpool. 








The palette and layout was designed to highlight the positivity that has resulted from the cultural exchange. In Irish mythology, the number 3 is seen as sacred, as all important things come in threes (an example being the cycle of life, death and rebirth), as well as Ireland’s flag being a Tricolour. This is reflected in the design.
